    **** Services(**** ******)...was hired to FIX two(2) leaks in my Rental House in *********, ****. I paid Mr. *********** Services), and he never fixed the leaks.... DO NOT TRUST MR. *********** SERVICES. Save yourself a lot of time, and money....and do not use this Company

    SUMMARY Started NOV.08,2024

    Ive never had trouble w craigslist til now. I AM ELDER AND DISABLED CAnt use hands like normal ppl.Needed a valve on floor by toilet replaced. Priced $75 since I was buying insides of toilet anyway **** asked me to get valve store clerk said easier to include hose. Then out at house price went to $175 I needed done so I agreed. Couldnt move valve so I decided let **** do insides...quick done, hose also. He stated all he's done all day was toilets..(hes a plumber) I could tell newer on job as he called ***** alot to do work..Thats fine...we all have to start. He flushed but then left telling me I may need to adjust level...(I thought What? but didnt stop him). Many calls, promises to come and finish work texts etc...most times no calls telling me not coming.told me 3 days in a row he will be there today after he gets done with work...never showed, no call..I have to have operation and waiting till this is done..I left town as he was in hospital he said...Many calls and text saying out of goodness of his heart he will come out..still never came,.,,I waited til after christmas and he said he would be out week of Dec 30..Today dec 31 I texted -text me time..when coming...then he calls screaming for quite a while--I didnt hang up just put phone down....I cant get upset--I need to get 800 miles away for heart operation not here in **. Now since I wont answer phone he is sending long texts and I cant read for fear of getting too upset...I JUST WANT him to come out at no charge as he has said many times..and yes we both agree he should have just stayed and did on November 8..Next week it will be 2 months since he first came...I have recordings, texts, phone dates etc....PLEASE **** OR ***** Just come out and take care of water level and flush proper...I was supposed to have company with kids today for new years I have to pay for hotel now....kids dont understand why they cant use toilet...I sleep up there and need toilet at night!

    I Will make this very simple. I am elder, disabled and living on social security when no money for food at end of  month. 

      I need to get this handled, need to sell house to get heart operation. I need to move on. I literally have NO one else to help me or I never would have taken this far but it is what it is. 

    I will make this proposal for ****. Send me a cashiers check for the $175.00 I paid him so I can get someone else to handle the unfinished repair.  Send to ******* ****** **** *** *************** *************.

    Thanks and wish him the best going forward as we both learned something.
