    Bob, the owner does great work, he did our patio as well as a walkway. However I was going to have him do a porch for me and he keeps having excuses. He kept acting like he was going to start, only to have have problems. I took his drawings and mine (yes I helped him with the drawings) to zoning and had them approved-I paid the $50. He put me off until the permit expired. He also called and had the utilities marked twice, only to have the flags blow away and the markings fade away. He was going to do the job April of 2023 and my wife of 46 years passed away; he understood that I had to wait a few weeks. So the end of May 2023 I told him I was ready, and he has led me on ever since. If you can get him to do the work, he does do great work. But understand, he is very unresponsive to calls, and messages. I hope anyone reading this thinking about having him do work for you, is saved the grief, headache and time it has caused me.
