    I recently hired Stanley Steamer to clean my sectional sofa. The guy seemed nice enough and l watched the entire process. He seemed to rush through the whole process, said give the pillows some time to dry....I paid him and he left. Well pillows dried showing the same stains that were there before! $325.00 "like it never even happened! I called immediately was told to text pics and I did earlier in the day. I tried to call them later and they were closed, no one has tried to contact me since! Stay away from them! A waste of my money!

    As soon as I received her complaint, I contacted ******************. It's turns out that we had a glitch in our automated text system which precluded me from knowing her issue. She and I talked and then scheduled a service call from our quality control manager. We will address her concerns and she now has my personal cell number. Technology is great, until it isn't. :)*********************** Director of Operations
