    I sub contracted for this company for almost a year and a half. This company has never had any complaints about me and *** never had any conplaints with them even though they under paid me on so many different jobs. The first time I complained about a job i was paid under minimum wage for, my schedule was cleared 4 days before Christmas and I was told, when i decided to calm down and basically accept how they were paying me, they would not work with me anymore. This discussion was over text. I was never disrespectful or out of line in anyway. Her response to me was very upsetting. I actually showed up to the job the next day, not knowing my scheduled had been cleared until i went on the website to clock in. I called my boss but she never answered and the next day, she went on vacation until after Christmas. Before this happened, i was always worried about complaining about anything because I was told by my boss what she does if shes unhappy with any contractor. She clears their schedule and doesnt tell the contractor why. She leaves them confused and wondering what they did wrong. Wondering why they have nothing on their schedule and eventually they move on. She did that to me, only difference was, i knew what i did wrong. I complained....Christmas for me and my kids was greating affected. I couldnt make rent and all my bills fell behind. I just recently was employed but i had to wait until after new years for most companies i applied for to receive and review my resume. Refresh of ********* does not care about their sub contractors.
