    I ordered a set of golf clubs for my husband through Amazon, but it was still fulfilled by Wilson Sporting Goods. When my husbands driver broke not long after getting the club set, I checked to make sure it was returnable/ replaceable and it was so I contacted Amazon who then instructed me to contact Wilson directly. I did that back in the first week of October. At first they were pretty responsive at getting back to me, saying that a new club would be sent to me. Then as I continued to see no changes I had to keep on them by initiating many emails to try to find out what was going on. Finally someone answered with a slightly confusing response saying the driver is hard to replace because it is part of a set or something. Then after being assured they were working on it they completely have stopped responding to my emails and I have no idea what the status is of my husbands driver being replaced. It didn’t help that almost every email was answered by a different representative, so I have no idea who even knew the entire situation. Anyway it is now over three months later, no driver, no status updates, nothing.
