    We contacted this business by phone and received an estimate by email on Friday, September 23. They were to seal a common driveway between two houses, with a large, paved backyard behind one house. They cancelled on the first day (Tuesday, September 27) due to weather and rescheduled for Saturday, October 1. They called us around noon on October 1 to say that we were the next job and that they would be there in roughly 60 to 90 minutes. At around 3:30 PM that day to say they came but couldn't get their equipment down our street without blocking the street so they were cancelling the job. I was on the front porch all afternoon and never saw them.

    We have 7 cars that use this driveway and had to clear out two days for this company. Granted, the first day's cancellation was probably unavoidable due to weather. But I can't believe they cancelled us this second day. If they can quote on the job via satellite or however they do it, why can't they also determine if their equipment can fit on the street? By the way, this is a normal width street in the city of Rochester with parking only on one side. We're very disappointed with this business and how we were treated.
