    I am submitting this complaint to formally report my experience with Data Fleet, ***** specifically regarding the companys failure to honor its contractual obligations following my ************** employment at Data Fleet began positively; however, serious issues arose upon my departure. Despite having a signed agreement that clearly outlines the terms of my severance pay, the company has not issued the payment I am contractually owed. I have made multiple attempts to follow up, but my communications have been either ignored or met with vague and non-committal responses.I am not the only one affected. I am personally aware of several other former employees who were promised severance or other post-employment payments that were never fulfilled. In each case, attempts to resolve the matter were dismissed or went unanswered. This appears to reflect a troubling and repeated pattern of non-payment and evasion by Data Fleet, ****** my opinion, this conduct demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and integrity. It is deeply concerning that a company would disregard legally binding agreements and fail to fulfill basic obligations to former employees. Such actions not only violate trust but may also raise legal and ethical concerns.I strongly urge others to proceed with caution before entering into any working relationship with Data Fleet. Based on my experience, they cannot be trusted to meet their obligations or treat employees fairly.I am submitting this complaint to the BBB in hopes of holding DataFleet, **** accountable and to help prevent others from facing similar issues.
