    My car was on repair from rear bumper damage due an accidente at not fault , my insurance advised to take this business that's affiliated to them.
    So i did take my car to this place, there was no mechanical issues before taking my car to this collision center .
    My car was returned to me with the bumper fixed but when i was driving home i almost killed myself due these people put their hand to the front mechanical components of the car.
    The car could not be driven because the steering wheel was 90 ° off, the control arm broken and swaybars also loose .
    This people wanna make the insurance pay more for damages by breaking my car more so cannot go nowhere .
    Very unsatisfied service , they denied all by saying they never put their hands on it .
    They wanted to bill to the insurance without success .
    Now the car is being fixed by other shop , had to buy new replacements plus labor out of my pocket .
    The car was checked before winter time about november 2024 all steering components were not even 1 year old since installed.
    So Carbone Collision Center returned my car at 3/8/2025 when most of the steering components broken and loose.
    They supposed do only bodywork but by seeking more payment they mismanaged my car .
    Am very knowledgeable about cars so i do not other explanation than it is written above.
    * They declared about alignment work , first of all it was never accepted on signed papers before leaving my car with them.
    They found this excuse " as a courtesy alignment work " to touch mechanical components .
    This alignment thing was not even done properly , steering wheel 90° off.
    So i do not have much words but i can say how this business can run without any consequences
