    I had the most unprofessional experience at this UPS Store location. I called ahead to confirm they could print thermal labels for ****** FBA shipments (which have specific requirements), and they said yes.
    What went wrong:
    Staff dismissed ******'s labeling requirements, saying "it doesn't matter which label goes on which box"
    When I explained these were ****** FBA packages with specific procedures, the employee claimed his experience trumped ******'s instructions.
    Labels were printed on what looked like regular copy paper, not proper shipping labels.
    Labels were only taped at the edges - I questioned durability and got an unprofessional response.
    The real problem: The employee seemed to take my legitimate business concerns as a personal attack. When you're shipping valuable inventory for your business, details matter. The employee had an unprofessional attitude, and presented as a know-it-all while working in the UPS Store.
    Impact: I spent significant time preparing this ****** FBA shipment, and now I'm worried the improper labeling will cause delays or rejection at ******'s fulfillment center. As a business owner relying on ****** FBA, this kind of service failure can directly impact my livelihood.
    Bottom line: If you need proper shipping services, especially for ****** FBA, find another location. The staff here doesn't seem to understand or care about following specific shipping requirements, even for major partners like ******.
    I hope management addresses these training issues because this reflects poorly on the UPS brand.
