    I went to this business for numerous issues with my 2007 ***, the estimate that was given me was $825.00 for a manifold and two front struts, P&L included. I ended going there numerous times, after I had given them $900.00 up front and another $100.00 for the airbag wire and an oil change, when I picked up the truck. They kept my truck over night and the next day, they gave my truck back with just the front struts replaced and no manifold, airbag sensor wires fixed and probably no oil change as there was no updated oil change sticker. When I confronted the head mechanic regarding the amount of money I gave, he informed me that he was told I had only given $600.00, when I paid Mike, mechanic, in cash, he counted out the $900.00 back to me under the security cameras in office when I dropped the truck off. I was told that they needed to purchase the parts in order to do the work. I ended up going somewhere else for the work needed on my truck as they were not taking my calls anymore after confronting about the amount of money I brought them. They stalled me for over two weeks after assuring me **** had the parts needed. It is more than a month now and I still have heard nothing from them.

    Response taken by phone:  She has never brought the car back in for us to complete the repairs.  Everything is here and the parts are warrantied if there was a problem  We do not owe her a refund.  She can call us.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Response taken by phone:  They wanted the money up front ($900). They worked on my vehicle for 2 days and did not fix it.  They then told me they needed more money to order the manifold and to come back so I gave them another $100.    They then told me to come back the next week to put on the manifold.  I kept going back for them to fix it for 9 days straight and they told me they didn't have the part yet.  They now claim to have the parts but I have lost all confidence in them as they have taken advantage of me for being a woman and have not fixed the vehicle.  I just want my money back.
