    i bought an organ in February 2024. There was a partial delivery, minus speakers. There was an overpayment.I was told around Mar h that the speakers would be delivered soon, and the overpayment refunded. I contacted the business multiple times and was told the overpayment would be taken care of. I no longer want the speakers, after 18 months of non-delivery. Part of the motivation in getting them was to also use for my child for a sound system when gigging. We have bought other equipment to use because of the lengthy delay. The reason a complaint was not filed earlier is because there seemed to be agreement that this would be made good. I have seen a pattern of non-response, and after a set abd agreed upon deadline was missed, Friday, I offered a chance for a conversation in *** of a complaint on Monday. I was told I would be called back that day. This did not happen. A second staff member said he would contact me with additional questions they have on Tuesday. This did not happen. At the same time, the refund on speakers seems to be being denied- which is new. A note- the payment was greater than the disputed amount (5070 is the disputed amount)

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Viscount Organs US regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because

    I am awaiting returning home to view receipt of check, and the final tuning and voicing of the organ has not occurred.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Viscount Organs US regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    while the money portion has been resolved, I have not yet received the tuning and voicing promised.  They stated it would be done this summer.
