    I am a long-time customer of ********************** and have spent a significant amount of money on their products and services for my business. Recently, my security cameras began experiencing problems that require support. When I reached out for help, it took over 10 minutes just to get basic attention, and I still did not receive a proper solution.Given the substantial investment Ive made in their equipment and service plans, I expect prompt and professional supportespecially for a security system that protects my business. Instead, I encountered dismissive responses and no clear plan to resolve the issue.Desired Resolution:I request that Apco Security Solutions promptly address and fix the camera problems at no additional cost and improve their customer service standards so that other customers do not experience similar delays and lack of assistance.

    This is a false business complaint, the person doing the complaint is the son of the owner. The owner is ****** and had an outstanding balance do to us few years back for alarm central station monitoring and refused to pay and was put into collections . He never paid the money owed to us so we decided not to pursue any legal action La and decided not to do business with them anymore. We did the original install for this customer on 10/10/2017 and he never had a problem up until now. We refused to service this customer do to non payment which I will be attaching the outstanding bill that was due. He now is looking for service in September of 2025 as If we forgot the collection that was due . So now after numerous texting and refusing to have him as a customer because of non payment to us hes trying to have us look like the bad ones. Im in business over 2.0 years and dont have 1 complaint as you can go look everywhere. Now I have a customer that has his son writing us up because he dont realize his father the owner best is for over $500 . So please review everything including invoice i walked away from not to do business with a customer like this . Please feel free to reach out anytime.
