    I bought 12 Solar Bricks from Kings Bricks on ********* in Brooklyn, **. 8 out of the 12 Solar Bricks are not working after one year. The representative for Stonehenge came and picked up my bricks because on the box it says that if the bricks stop working they will be repaired or replaced. The representative ****** from the company picked up my bricks and never returned them. Then he called and said the bricks are indeed not working (he changed the batteries which I did) and there is nothing he can do about it. Therefore the guarantee on the box is a LIE! My Solar Bricks are not working and we did not even receive a satisfactory explanation of why 8 out of 12 bricks are not working. This is very bad business. We spent over $50,000 redoing our back yard and to have these representatives treat us so terrible is not right. I want my bricks either repaired or replaced as it said on the box. There is a Guarantee on the box and I want it to be honored. This is very bad business to lie to customers such as these representatives have done. Is it because the company is in a black neighborhood that they are not honoring our request? I have gaping holes around my pool side on where the bricks should be and I want it fixed or replaced as soon as possible. Can someone help me with this matter. This is not right. I work hard for my money and to have my request so callously ignored is very painful. Please help me with this matter. I have written to the company several times and have not gotten a response. This is very bad business indeed.

    We are sorry you are unhappy.


    -We have spoken to you many times via email and phone, the last call being 10/3/22 at 3:15 pm.

    -As discussed with multiple sales representatives the lights are no longer in warranty.

    -The warranty is stated on every box and on our website.  The lights are only warrantied upon purchase for manufacturer defects. Seeing as how the lights worked for over a year they are not defective and therefore this is not a warranty issue.


    -Customer service is extremely important to us.


    -Even though the lights were well out of warranty, our ** Sales Representative went above and beyond to help you by picking up the lights and replacing the batteries for you. We have responded to every phone call and email and have put you in touch with multiple representatives.


    -Also as discussed, the lights are back at the location you dropped them off at and can be picked up at any time.


    We have done our best to help you but this was not a warranty issue.  We are sorry you are unhappy with our warranty but it is marked on every light and has been thoroughly explained to you.
