    My *** was taken off private property for a company I worked for at the time was taken from *********** ny then transported to ****** out if my county which is illegal & when I went to get my car they said they have no location of my car seeking compensation of my property which is worth $20,000

    Bande Automotive - ******************************************** - scammer tow truck business hooked up my car in a strip mall parking lot in *******************, claiming that I was illegally parked in a firezone when there was no indication that it was a fire zone. There was no writing on the ground, no signage. they claimed the indicator was yellow poles and two blue poles. ended up charging me $136 to unhook my car after seeing my license and registration. I did call 911 but obviously it was not an emergency and so their response time was going to be delayed. I did call the local precinct the 100 precinct which was two blocks away. They said that it was not a criminal manner and that it was a civil matter. Targeting beach tourists around a strip mall parking lot is a shame and shameful and probably illegal.

    These people illegally towed my car outta of my apartment parking lot that Im legally allowed to park in. They claim somebody called the car in but i spoke to managment and nobody contacted these people. Theres also a bunch of cars parked in the lot illegally and only mine was towed. Apparently they enter private parking lots and do stuff like this all the time. Although they towed my car today I now have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up and pay 136 dollars.

    On January 29th I received a call from an unidentified number informing me that my truck was towed. The caller stated that he was trying to get in touch with me from the day before as the tow truck was taking my truck. The caller said he got my number from the side door on the truck. The caller told me that I would need the *** number and also gave a another identifying number that the tow company would need. I called the number he texted me and immediately got to speak with someone who gave the information re where to pick up the vehicle and their hours of operation. I called later and made arrangements to get the truck later that day. That evening I went to pick up the truck and was especially surprised when I was told the cost was $300 as I had previously paid over $1200 to get back the truck from ****** Towing. The truck was not parked securely inside but in the street in the front of the business. It was dark that same day when my husband came to get the truck from where it was parked in front of the business. It was not moved. When he went to open the door he said that the door was already opened. He also noticed that that driver's side front bumper was damaged. We took pictures right there. When he went to start the truck it wasn't able to move as it was disabled by the towing. We had to return the following day. I then made a report about the damage with the person in the office which would submitted to the manager. Pictures of the damage were sent to the phone of the office person. That evening the truck was taken and parked. A couple days later I called the business and was told management would not pay for the damages as I had paid for the truck the day before and they are not responsible. How can they not be held responsible when the truck has not moved from the street where they had left it and the pictures showed that it was where they had left it. Again who gives these towing companies the right to just take a vehicle without first issuing a ticket

    The woman on the phone is EXTREMELY rude, she has absolutely no manners. Let the customer finish speaking before hanging up. The towing service in general is unreliable.

    It was 8/13/2024 my car was parked legally on the street at the corner of flatlands and ******* the tow truck company when to tow my car and ask him what is he doing and they said my car is not registered and it have to be tow a police from the **************************************************************************************************************** car is registered and insisted that I do go close to my car then as the tow truck attempt to pick the car up break my oil pan and other items under the car all the oil from the engine was all over the street but they didn't care so which put me in more expensive situation. And I have proof to show my car is registered and park in a legally place . My car is 2000 blue vw jetta

    This towing company towed and damaged my vehicle. They are not responding to my phone calls, nor my emails. Each time I call they say the manager is not available. This has been going on for over a month. I don't know what to do as far as filing a claim to have my vehicle repaired.
