    February 23rd and June 23 of 2022 I paid a total of $476.10 for teaching me how to drive and to pass my road test. I got scammed because I took the road test through their company twice and i failed both times after Ive took lessons and my driving instructor ensured me that ill be fine and that ive been doing really well. The nature of the dispute is that the third time for my ** I went to another school with the 5 hour certificate Ive received from the beginners academy and the DMV instructor would not accept my 5 hour certificate because he said it was invalid because the date was not stamped or had to have the month written out in word form instead of number form. I was not able to take my road test that day and was not able to get a refund back for the ** i scheduled. The new school I booked from told me to go back to the first school and get them to give me a valid certificate and that I would be able to reschedule me appointment with no charge once I have my valid certificate. I went back to the business to inform them and a man that was there said he was a new owner and that he had just took the over the company a month ago, so he didnt have any certificate available. He told me to come back that Saturday to get my new certificate, which I did and the placed was closed when he inform me his hours on Saturday were from 10am to 4pm and have been always before than. Now, today I tried to call them to confirm that they will have the Certificate for me ready and found that their hours have been changed to only Monday and Tuesday opened from 9am to 5pm. I had previously told the new owner that I work during the week during those hours and that I am only available on weekends which is why he told me to come back on Saturday.
