      Omg this company totally screwed me out of almost 100 bucks! The said sorry we will refund. They gave me a customer service # that was BOGUS THEN sent an email validated the refund BUT NO REFUND AND that email is bogus too

      Went to the Oviedo Fl location to see if they could do wheel alignment on my wife’s **** ******** with oversized tires. Most shops will not perform. So went there to see if they could. They said they could so brought **** next day only to have them make adjustments then tell me they could not do the alignment.. When driving **** home heard noise and noticed steering wheel was way off center than when it was before they made the adjustments. Checked under **** and saw how the drag link was now hitting another metal part of car. Took **** back and shop said it was because of other side. I showed pictures of how drag link was before they made adjustments but still they did not take any ownership and still would not refund my money.

      I was very upset with the service that I received at the Arundel location. I have been taking my vehicles to this location for quite some time as does my family and never had an issue prior to this visit! I went onto the website and pre-entered the tires that I wanted as I usually do and received my “Estimate“ which has never differed much when I receive the service. I always count on $100, maybe $150 more for fees or what have you. So My estimate was $410 approximately, which is totally fine and I went to get the service expecting to pay around $500-$550. This estimated price that I was sent supposedly included the tires and the services that go along with it! That is not at all what I paid. I ended up paying $820 approximately, and when I called the customer service line to inquire about why the price was so extreme I was told that the prices on the website are not the correct prices that I should’ve read the website. Was also told that the price that you receive in your email is just an estimate, that prices can change without notice. I ordered these tire specifically because I didn’t have a lot of money and needed new tires to get through the winter, agreed to order these one specifically because I thought they were gonna be the $85.99 each buy three get one free, I ended up paying $157 and change per tire! Was then told by the customer service rep that the price that I had in my email was just for the tires only when I disagreed with that and I told them that the price that showed on my estimate for just the tires only was actually 380 some odd dollars, She told me that that was incorrect. I will never go back to this company again, I have never paid this far above my “estimated“ price! I’ve also filled in my family that frequent this particular business, and they will not be taking their business to them anymore either! I tried to fix this through the customer care and was given the runaround and told that I was incorrect and I don’t believe that!

      The manager Kevin always seems to over charge me when I get my car inspected. I was there on 12/14/24, and he tried to tell me that my car needed new ball joints and control arms for my 2008 ******* ***** *** 1/30/24 they replaced the front ball joints and I have the paperwork to prove it. He said that it would cost me approximately $1650.00 to fix. He then told me that they didn’t replace the ball joints. His employee was also ruffling through my glove box and didn’t put things back. When I called for the appointment the girl on the phone was told that I needed to pick my car up by 12 noon, when I called Kevin told me that it wasn’t ready and that he had been trying to call me, but I never received any calls. This is a disgraceful establishment and buyer need to be aware of the scams they are trying to pull on clients!

      Came to get a Front end alignment on my truck had appointment. Person at counter tried selling me new tires. I told him I was getting tires next week he stated that if I didnt purchase tires for $1200.00 that hee couldn't do work properly. The alignment cost no more than $135.00 Store manager is trying to scam costomer

      I’m impressed by the customer service in the Winsted store. Ty thoroughly inspected my car and diagnosed a failing battery that I hadn’t even thought to check. I feel very confident facing the winter weather knowing that my new tires and battery will help me through the winter season. I felt respected and appreciated and I will be a repeat customer for sure!

      Monro inc owns an auto shop I utilized called Ken Towery in Louisville Ky. After several attempts they still did not fix my vehicle. I paid $1,200 and requested for a refund so that I could go elsewhere to fix my vehicle. I have been getting the run around for days now. Monro guest services hangs up on you in mid sentence. They tell me everyday the manager is looking into it. They have yet given me any answers on the refund process. They are purposely prolonging this issue so that I will eventually give up trying to get a refund. Check their google reviews and you will see how dissatisfying their services are.

      Don't bring your vehicle here unless you are looking to be scammed. I paid for ******** tires and the manager of the shop put tires on my car that were $50 cheaper a piece. When I called him out, the response that I got was "I know, I put a more expensive tire on your car". Then he tried to make run around excuses for why it happened when I told him that I knew the tires that they put on my car where less expensive than what I paid for. Turns out, the tires that I paid for were not even in stock. I then took them over a week of pushing me off before I finally just went and picked up the tires myself to keep for later. I would never let them touch my car again. This auto shop participates in fraudulent activity and will take advantage of you.

      I called Mr. Tire to get a quote on a set of 4 ******** ************ 2 tires. I got a quote of $907 out the door after $100 Mr. Tire instant rebate. I elected to purchase the tires from Mr. Tire over other places due to this $100 instant rebate. I dropped my van off one the night before the scheduled. I asked the price to verify the quote. I was told $100 more than my original quote. I had Mr. Tire do the work since the price was comparable to other tire places. During the courtesy inspection, I was told that I needed a new cabin filter, wipers, and alignment. I declined to getting the cabin filter, and wipers but elected to do the alignment. Upon picking up my ***** ******* on a Friday evening, I noticed that I was charged $26.99 for a cabin air filter. I figured since they charged me, I won't go back in and complain since its done. However, I decided to check the cabin filter myself and it was not replaced. I went back to Mr. Tire on Saturday for a refund. I took my cabin filter inside to show that it was not replaced. The customer service agent didn't know what to do. He went to another room and talked with someone. He came back and informed me that they could not give me a refund as it was a day after the purchase. I had to call the corporate office to get a refund. I do not understand how you can't give a refund when you offer price protection; if you find a lower price in 30 days on many items, Mr. Tire will refund you the difference. Mr. Tire offered me a free oil change. I accepted the oil change, though I was still paying $26.99 for it since I was not getting refunded. I would not recommend Mr. Tire for tires or vehicle maintenance.

      If I could give zero stars I would the customer service that was given was horrible my dad went 4 different times trying to get an oil change being turned away stating he had to wait for the manager. The manager who would not give me his name was finally there the fourth time and now they can not honor the ******* that was purchased stating we have to pay more money which is crazy why do ******* if y’all have all these hidden fees. Then refused service because I said I would do a review. I definitely was going to do one because to refuse a service as if you’re an owner of the company is insane. He was very rude and nasty!!! But no worries I’m reporting it to the better business bureau. Do Not Visit Monro Muffler on N Howard St!!!!!!
