    In June 2024, I hired **** from Artisan Epoxy Builders to supply and install epoxy countertops. He told me to send $500 for the epoxy materials, which I did. Shortly after, he asked for an additional $50 for his phone bill, claiming he couldnt proceed without it, so I sent that too out of goodwill.**** confirmed he received the money and said the materials were ordered. I requested a receipt, and he promised to send one, but never did. He then sent a shipping screenshot, but the delivery address appeared to be a completely unrelated auto shop in the *****. I repeatedly asked for clarification, and he never explained.After weeks of stalling, he said he would come do the job on a scheduled day but never showed up. I began asking for a refund on July 25. He replied that Id receive it by the end of next week. Since then, Ive followed up multiple timeson Aug 6, Aug 13, Aug 15, Aug 16, Aug 17, Aug 19, Aug 22, and Aug 29with no refund, no action, and no response.I sent $550 in total and received nothing in return. The job was never started. **** has stopped responding entirely. I believe this was a scam and that he never intended to do the work. I am requesting a full refund and that the BBB investigate whether Artisan Epoxy Builders is a legitimate business.He provided the business name and address as:Artisan Epoxy Builders, ********************************But his delivery screenshot shows a completely different location:*************************, which is an auto body shop.This has caused stress, wasted time, and financial loss. I am seeking a $550 refund immediately.

    I'm a decorator that was in touch with artisan epoxy on June 29, 2022. *************************** ( or **** or **** which are other names he used to identify himself) agreed to do some work for my client for price of $600. He claimed he was retired but loved doing this epoxy work, which I was looking for. He asked for a deposit of $100 plus supplies of $145 which amounted to a total of $245. My client ******** him $300 in beginning of August, 2022. ****** claimed that he had not received it. My client clearly saw on **** that payment was processed but gave ****** (**** or ****) the benefit of the doubt and zelled him again. He again claimed he didnt receive it and was in a rush to begin the project. So my client zelled him a third time for a total of $900! This time, ****** admitted that he received all 3 payments and said he would work on project immediately. I reached out to ****** August 12 asking for delivery date. He ignored all my and my clients calls and correspondence. His **** account is under the name of ****. His website has a photo, supposedly of him with name of *************************** and at one point he identified himself to me as ****. He also claimed he moved his business from ******** to ************************. His ******** page is ******************************** When I was checking out if he was legitimate, I could not find him on your site. After this incident, I searched once more and saw he was listed as doing epoxy flooring in ******* with many complaints about him taking payment but not delivering. Apparently after several complaints of his "flooring" service, he opened a new site and moved its location to ** under resin counter and table tops. I believe this person is a fraud and is conning many people with a fabulous website and ******** page. I'd so appreciate your help in stopping him from hurting others.
