My vehicle was brought to Martone Auto Collision on 12/29/2023. Geico allotted 9 days for the repair. ******* Martone stated many parts were on backorder. I understood that with the holiday season and items on backorder, I needed to allow for additional time. In ************************** began avoiding my calls. To get through to him, I had to call ***** customer service and they had to reach out to him and take his statement regarding the status of my vehicle. ***** can supply records from March to the present via my notated account. ******* has made many excuses and re-used past excuses that were supposedly resolved. ****, the ***** insurance adjuster, visited the shop in May to check on my vehicle. ******* refused to produce the car and became hostile. At that time, **** informed me that the repair shop had been paid in full by ***** and it is my responsibility to pay for any repairs not done. This is because ***** had paid the repair shop directly, without my authorization. The owner had forged my signature on the "direction to pay" form and was paid $9768.80 on 1/3/2024. Because **** could not see the vehicle, take photos of the vehicle or test it to see if it ran, he could not tell me what I could possibly be responsible for fixing. He did advise me that if I were to visit the shop, I should no go alone, due to the hostility he was greeted with. I visited the shop on 6/18/2024 with police officers parked close by in case I needed them. ******* did not want to show me my car, and wanted to immediately provide excuses. I stated I wanted to see my vehicle. My car was parked outside adjacent to a lower garage area. The vehicle is in poor shape, the front end is taped and exposed to the elements outside. The inside front passenger door panel is not on. The vehicle was sitting alongside bushes, scraping the right side of the vehicle. ******* stated he needed more time to fix it. He refused to provide me with info regarding what had been fixed and what was outstanding.

The car has been delivered, both partys are satisfied, (hopefully). We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused her.
