      FBC has failed to provide receipts for thousands of dollars in materials and labor related to my construction project. Additionally, HVAC work was never performed on my construction project which is a vital aspect of home renovation. The crew worked, on average, only 2–3 days per week for 2–3 hours at a time, and even that is uncertain. Communication was extremely difficult, with conversations often unclear and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

      This was a project that had Bank draws and inspections throughout the process. The bank would not release any funds unless an adjuster showed up to prove the work was completed. Towards the end of the project I kept on informing the lady Dad that she needs all new electric downstairs. She needs heat runs all this. She needs someone to put the floors in so I went ahead. I installed some electric. I installed the floors. I did drywall that wasn't supposed to be part of my scope of work. I sent her a bill. She never paid it. There's still money in escrow. The bank was pleased with the progress to give me the last draw. She bought an old devolated house that was a duplex. We turned it into a single family home. She went and had and asked us to remove all walls downstairs which this is what's causing the problems that she does not understand and she lives all the way in Colorado so it's hard to make decisions with the time zones
