      My experience in Outpost apartment was great. The apartment was clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. The amenities were excellent, and the building manager was incredibly friendly and helpful.

      scammers and not an honesty management company. i would not recommend outpost unless you really need it, but for temporary only.

      Ive been living in 2 different Outpost apartments and Ive had the best experience of my life with them. Coming from someone who frequently moves due to work commitments, *** had to choose places to live based solely on pictures. But then, *** often been met with harsh realities upon arrival.

      My initial experience with filing application is awful. If I had questions the person does not reply until next day. They mandate to enrol in ***** who is service provider for taking deposit and rent collection for 50$ fee which is unnecessary. I sent complete application with all required documents, my contact informed me that the landlord rejected my application for no reason but I lost $40 for application fees non refundable.

      We sincerely regret any inconvenience you experienced. Our sales representatives strive to respond as promptly as possible, typically within 24 hours. Regarding the application process, all terms, including the non-refundable application fee, were clearly outlined before submission. Additionally, as per standard rental procedures, the landlord reserves the right to decline an application without disclosing the reason.
