      When my mother called to find out what the delay was on her prescription, the lady that she talked to was absolutely rude and talked to my mother like she was an idiot. I think this *******-***** worker needs to realize that shes speaking with elderly most of the time and should be more respectful!!!

      I have afib and have been prescribed eliquis for it. I've been having trouble affording this medication so I contacted ****************** Squibb patient assistant foundation to help because I'm not working and living on a fixed income. I did everything I was asked to do by them. Sent in all the paperwork and met all their criteria to help with this medication and in the end they still denied it and I don't know why or should I say it's just because they don't want to help pay for it. They gave me the runaround for months , every time I spoke with them it was something different. I went way beyond meeting their criteria and was still denied, don't waste your time with these people, they do nothing but lie. Hopefully my doctor can give me something else so I don't have to rely on a bunch of crooks. There needs to be a law against a company like this, these clowns are some real jerks. They need to be outlawed

      I would like to give 0 stars. Bristol ***** is clearly in the business of making money, not helping patients. After an exhaustive application to get assistance from their foundation, I received a denial for assistance meaning I can no longer receive my treatment. They denied me because my insurance covers the medication. First, my insurance actually doesnt cover the drug. They give me a 50% allowed coinsurance. Which equates to $8000 dollars a month out of my pocket. Who in their right mind thinks this is reasonable for any average American to afford!! Its unconscionable they even had the audacity to say Im denied because I have insurance. Thanks! Great way to help patients. Sadly Im more frustrated I even started the therapy at all. I had a copay card that covered 2 months and its exhausted. Now Im on my own and all the promises BMS made were empty!! Hoping this atleast helps others think twice and proceed with caution!
