    Diptyque Fragrances' refusal to send fragrance samples unless a purchase is made is not only archaic but also blatantly discriminatory. Their insistence on an "in-person experience" at a boutique demonstrates a shocking disregard for disabled and immunocompromised consumers. This policy effectively bars a significant portion of potential customers from even considering their products, forcing them to rely on mere descriptions when making a high-end, three-figure fragrance purchase. This is both inconsiderate and unjust.The demand for fragrance samples is evident, given Diptyque's viral online presence and the existence of a public support article specifically addressing their sample policy. The very fact that this policy warrants a dedicated article suggests that a significant number of potential customers are requesting a change. Instead of ignoring these pleas, Diptyque should acknowledge the growing demand and adapt accordingly.In an era where inclusivity and accessibility should be at the forefront of every business model, Diptyque's outdated practices are unacceptable. It's high time for Diptyque to evolve beyond their exclusionary policies and adopt a more inclusive approach that values all customers equally, regardless of their ability to visit a physical store. Offering fragrance samples without requiring a prior purchase is not just a courtesyit's a necessary step towards making luxury accessible to everyone.
