      menusifu is a very irresponsible and unethical company. They charged extra fees without informing their customers. After that, the customers asked them to give a reasonable reason for the charges! They charged fees without the consent of the consumers. I have been using their credit cards and computer platforms. In February of this year, they contacted us and asked us to switch our credit card company to another company. After they promised us that the new credit card company would charge lower fees than the previous company, our manager agreed to switch to a new company. They also switched companies in mid-March without our consent. During the process, we had no idea about the company they switched to and the fees involved. When we asked them about the charges, they made all kinds of excuses. As a result, we were charged two credit card fees in March! For example, when I went to a restaurant to order a meal, they charged me double the price. This is totally unreasonable. We hope you can help us with this request. Thank you.
