    I parked with SPACES at the ******************* on May 27th. My mom flew in and took the car home the next day (May 28). She had issues getting out of the parking lot, but was able to exit and provided financial details to exit. We thought all was good. 3 days ago (July 8) I get a text that Im still parked there and to respond no or yes if I am parked there. I respond no. Next day, a text stating I will be charged $170 in 48 hours if I dont respond and to respond yes or no again. I respond no I am not parked there. At this point I also email them with the provided email address. Next day, July 10, no response to email and a new text stating if I dont respond yes or no I will be charged $170. I respond no and call the number provided. The person who answers is not helpful and says I just have to text back or email them. She eventually hangs up on me. I go to the website and try the ***** number. It does not work. Claims user is busy. This place wreaks of a scam. Like, how can someone not talk to a live person to resolve this issue?!

    I was charged for two days of parking at ******************** parking lot. I spent 24 hours and 8 minutes parked there on the digital at the gates it states there is a two hour grace ******* I have a picture of needed? I should have been charged 6 dollars for one day instead of 11 dollars for two days of I am understanding there sign right, which I am sure I am. I parked there on January 8th and left 24 hours and 8 minutes later on January 9th after returning my rental car at Budget rent a car. They owe me five dollars but they will not respond to my request for a refund. Hope someone there will help me get a refund and hold these people accountable. I could careless about the money its the principle. Sincerely ****** ****
