      I found this place through a ****** search because I needed parking for an appointment I had at the *************** in **. This place is right around the corner from the **************** I booked it online and reserved a spot with a drop off after 7:30 and a pick up before 4:00pm, as I figured my family and I would take advantage of being in the city for the day and do a bit of sightseeing after the appointment. When I arrived to drop off the car, the guy that was running the place informed me that if I did not return to pick up the car in 2 hours the "Computer" will charge me an additional fee from what I already paid. I informed him that I paid for a pickup before 4pm. He advised me that the computer "make" the charges and he can't change it; and the 'computer" will start charging after 2 hrs. I asked for a refund and he told me that there were no refunds once I paid for it online. Of course, this was a scam and these guys are running their side hustle in order to rip off customers. Stay far away from this company and location. Needless to say, my appt. lasted about an 1.5 hrs and I picked up my car and left.

I must let you know that if you booked the parking thru a third party system (ParkWhiz or SpotHero) there is little I can do you would have to contact them directly.
