    In the terms and conditions of the app, it states each party playing the game requires an outstanding internet connection, and if found affecting the performance of match by their Live referee 1v1me will cancel said game and refund all bets. The losing party in this instance was Rayyblood, which had a reported 144 ping which is considered very high, but not affecting performance per judgement of their Live referee Which I believe is a gross decision based on bias, and possible gambling fraud.

    I have made money through this company through the betting on online games they provide. For the past two weeks I have been trying to withdraw the fifty dollars I was awarded. They constantly tell me they are trying to resolve the issue with Venmo. Who makes the payouts. The company states that ***** is having engineering issues and the issue is on Venmo. The company has even provided me with tracking numbers. When I provide these number and information to Venmo, Venmo states those tracking numbers are not real and they are experiencing no issues whatsoever. I am wanting to get my fifty bucks I have made, and all of the money I have put into this comapny.

    On the morning of July 15, 2024, I was wrongfully permanently banned from the 1v1Me App resulting in me losing my balance of almost $2,500. I did not cheat, therefore they shouldnt have proof nor concrete evidence of me doing so. The main result that I would like to happen would be for me to obtain my balance of almost $2,500 that I rightfully earned. A secondary result that Id like to achieve would be for my account to be unbanned. But primarily, I want my almost $2,500 ($2,460 approximately). If this cannot solve the complaint, Im willing to take this issue further to a small claims lawsuit.

    Business awarded someone who was losing on the virtual video game a win when they quit in the 2nd quarter losing by 9 points. They stated that results should not be submitted until game is finish but the other party blocked me so I couldnt contact them to finish the game.
