      It took 1.5 years to settle an estate with this company! They won't pay unless you contact them weekly! The account lost $60,000 in the process! Then after they finally paid, it turns out that there was also a money market account that they didn't pay out. WHY? Because they said it had to be processed differently. Did they bother to try to process it or notify us that there was still money in the account? NO! THEY DON'T CARE! THEY JUST LIKE TO PLAY WITH A DEAD PERSON'S MONEY. MEANWHILE, THE MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT IS GOING DOWN. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! YOUR HEIRS WON'T GET THEIR MONEY. NOR WILL YOU IF YOU EVER DECIDE TO GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY! THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY ARE RATED F!

      I have an employer sponsored stock account with **********************. When I switched employers, I wanted to transfer my UBS account to another company. My UBS ***resentative never called me back even though I contacted them multiple times, and I kept encountering roadblocks with transferring my account. I was charged many surprise fees, and I found out if I had transferred right after my job switch during a ***** period that I would not have had any fees. I believe that the UBS *** gave me the runaround because they wanted to be able to charge me these fees. I was also charged an account closure/yearly fee and an account transfer fee. The whole ordeal with this company confirmed exactly why I do not want any open accounts with them. They have very poor customer service and hidden fees.

      Do not invest any money with this company!.They won't let you get your money out when you want to leave!.I had to file a complaint with the SEC to help me. They use *************************** and they have thrown so many road blocks in the way for one full year of going back and forth. I'm in the process of hiring a lawyer now. You have been warned!

      The driver came and did not ring the bell, and we were six people in the house, and he left immediately, and I have a camera to prove that. He just put stickers without the slightest appreciation for the medicine he was carrying with him, and this incident is not the first. *** is the worst delivery company, very bad.Remember the worst delivery company, ***, its Real bad , I need my medicine soon immediately.

      After the exodus of financial advisors from UBS, I was left with no way to access my credit card activity. I requested on several occasions a monthly statement. My request was ignored. Even trying to call in order to find out the balance, I am either disconnected or unable to get an answer. UBS ******* is totally unresponsive to clients' inquiries or requests. Please, submit my case to UBS ******** and UBS Bank Card Services. I need my statement!
