    Worst customer service ever! Have tried revoking ACH repayment authorization several times and they ignore me.

    PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM VOLA. IN their terms and conditions it states you must give them 3 business days notice when revoking ach authorization in writing for them to acknowledge and revoke all future ach transactions. I emailed them more than 3 business days with all my information informing them that I am revoking my ach authorization and to immediately cease all future transactions including membership fees. They emailed me back with some supposed form that I had to download and go in and edit and once again put down my information. I did that even though it was not easy and clear because the "form" they send you is in a wrong format and it makes it difficult to do this. Once I emailed it back right away I stopped getting any responses and then still charged me for membership fees and still tried to take $200 from my account, which they were unable to because I took all my money out of my account as I suspected they were going to try to fraudulently take money. I called many times, emailed many times and have no response or confirmation of my ach revoke. I am in the process of potentially filing a complaint or lawsuit as I have been speaking with a law firm who handles these matters. Even though I have correctly revoke my ach authorization, this company is refusing to acknowledge it and respond and still trying to pull money from my account. They are frauds and I am going to do everything in my power to stop them from continuing to do this to people.

    They **** and they are a rip off, they would not cancel my subscription when I asked and then charged my card again

    They told me that I got an increase of $25. I applied and they denied me for no reason. I have paid all my advances on time despite this.

    Been contacting them since 12/11/23 to revoke ACH authorization without response. Also asked to stop subscription which is not required per their own terms without response. Will be reporting them to the consumer protection agency if they do not reply soon.

    Im Going to keep this short and just list the issues I have seen with this shady company below:- they do not have a working email or phone number for customer service because they dont want to resolve end user issues - it is impossible to prohibit them from taking out of your account even when you want to * Ill add the above is illegal. When you revoke authorization to your bank they cannot take from it - when they take money from your account it takes 5 business days to request again, s******* you in the middle of the day So yea DO NOT USE THEM

    That being said, your account should not have been debited in the event ACH authorization was withdrawn or the account cancelled. As per the terms and with the required time.
