      I ordered food that was never delivered from Delivery.com. After speaking with someone in customer service and insisting for 20 minutes that my food was in fact NOT delivered, a refund was issued but then Delivery.com proceeded to charge my account again (on a different day then when I made the original order!!) making the refund void. Im worried about this company any having access to my bank information and charging me whenever they please,especially since I never received my food.

      Scam company.I placed an order, it was confirmed, and 50 minutes later I called the restaurant because I heard nothing. They said they were not even taking orders from delivery.com and that delivery.com was not answering their calls.Then I tried to contact delivery.com for a refund and they would not answer or respond to my messages.I'm going to have to dispute the charge with my bank. Completely insane experience, this company needs to be shut down.

      On 3/14/2023, I ordered food from Delivery.com. The items I received were not the items I ordered so I contacted the company regarding the inconsistency. After over 30 minutes speaking with ******, a customer service agent, and a manager, both informed me that the restaurant staff ensured that the order was correct. However, I have images and witnesses to what I received. I informed the manager at Delivery.com that I have been ordering the exact same menu options (paneer makhani and garlic naan) using their service for over 3 years. In that time, I have made this exact order over 25 times - telling her to look through my order history. She told me there was nothing she could do as the chef ensured her there were **** pieces of paneer in the *****. This just simply was not the case. The ***** contained 0 paneer and was not even the color of paneer makhani. The manager told me that refund or credit or even redelivery was not going to be possible but that she would provide me with a $10 off coupon for my next order. Then, she ended the call. At this point, it is not possible for me to receive a refund as the restaurant noted that Delivery.com deals with all payments and they have to issue a refund. No one that I spoke with at Delivery.com would provide any type of refund or credit.

      I tried to order lunch from a local restaurant through delivery.com (total order $27.66). When I walked down to pick up my food, the restaurant told me they hadn't received the order, so I walked home and emailed delivery.com, asking that they just issue a refund. They responded that they could not issue a refund, because the restaurant had gone ahead and cooked my food. I don't know how this could have happened without them knowing what my order actually was. Delivery.com has insisted that they do not owe me any refund, not even the $8.10 that went toward bottled sodas (which I assume just went back into the fridge) and gratuity.

      Paid over $50 for food to be delivered and it never was. I spoke with customer service 3 times and they kept giving me different answers. They said the food was delivered to a blue door with Christmas decorations. When I said I have glass doors they then said the picture they were talking about where from another order. They just say a manager will review it and can't give me any time frame or other information. I want a refund because I did not receive my order.

      On December 19, 2022 I made a purchase online through crackerbarrel.com to pick up an order. I was unknowingly redirected to delivery.com, and I place the order through them. I selected pick up as my option as I was in the parking lot ready to pick up my order. There was never any service charge or in a grants to the service, the prices of the food were just hire. When I went to pick up my food, I was informed that I had paid almost 30, additional dollars for service through delivery.com that I did not receive. There was no service charge or any other information, as I stated before the food pricing was just higher. I attempted to calldelivery.com to rectify the situation, either canceling the order, and paying directly to the restaurant, or getting a refund for a service that I did not receive. The customer service was extremely rude and refused to help me out in anyway. I understand this was my mistake. Not realizing I had been redirected, and I would have gladly paid for a service. Had I gotten a service. But I picked up my own food and did not need to pay an additional $30 for a service that I did not receive or agree to. They have continued to refuse to help me in anyway. This is a very unethical business and I believe the BBB needs to get involved.

      On 30 October, I ordered food from a local restaurant on line. I used ****** to search for a place and settled on one of ******s suggestion. I placed the order with self pickup options. When I received the order from the restaurant, it was $9.44 lower than the price i paid on line. I then discovered that since I used ****** to search for a restaurant, I was automatically directed to delivery.com and charged their prices which are marked up severely. I complained to delivery.com and their response was to say that my order was marked for delivery and that I will not be refunded the difference. I doublechecked the order and it clearly shows pick-up.

      on 10/15 we ordered over $100 of pizza from this company. Not only did they over charge ** by $30 for the pizza they were a hour late on the delivery. We waited 2 hours for pizza, and it was cold and disgusting. I have used multiple delivery companies in the past and this was the worst experience ever. I reached out to the company the very next day and someone told me that they would refund my money within 48 hrs. That never happened!! I reached out again for them to tell me that they didn't see my original conversation and since the delivery was 4 days old, they couldn't help me.
