    I have 4 open orders with this company from august 9,2025-august *******. They claim that their postage machine wasnt working right and that the post office was holding my items until they received a postage payment. Then they told me it was fixed and that i should expect my items. Then they said it was not working again. I have written many many times to them and every time they would write me this long explanation of how it will be resolved shortly. I always get a response from a chat bot. I cant get in touch with a human being. Ive asked for a refund several times but again all i here is the chat bot. Im certain that they have no intention of refunding my money. I dont know what to do. I live on **** and dont have a lot of extra money. Please make them refund me for the 4 orders i placed. I placed a 5th order and i did receive that but that was a long time ago. Please help me. Thank you. ******* *******

    We encountered a connection issue between our fulfillment center and ****, where our customer account number was not being passed over to **** and associated with the shipping labels used for our shipments. This resulted in the orders being held due to the postage missing. **** informed us that they had the shipments and they would be moving them through their network, but unfortunately after weeks of waiting we were not seeing movement on those orders and they were deemed lost in transit. We have reshipped the orders that were stuck at **** using ***** and have updated the tracking details on this customer's order. There are two orders where we no longer had adequate inventory available to ship and we initiated the refund to the customer.
