    They cold called my business telling us that "our marketing strategy ***** ass"They were also extremely aggressive with staff and when trying to disconnect from them, they started lying about how they had a sick feline (we're a veterinary practice) in order to speak with a doctor.

    We are a small cybersecurity firm that hired Napollo to redesign our website. Aside from being illiterate and blowing every timeline that was set up, Napollo delivered a final product that HAD MALWARE!!! We informed them of this, and they claimed it was not their fault. We, of course, have proof that it was their fault. We also asked for a refund and told them we can no longer work together due to trust issues. They refused to refund any amount, claiming that they delivered everything and therefore completed all services. These are borderline criminals that should not be trusted.
