    On July 23, 2025, a $100 charge appeared on my bank statement from SECUREDRIVE SOLUTI with the phone number ************. This charge is connected to Auto Warranties Pro (or an affiliated processor, Secure Drive / Drive Trust) for an extended auto warranty/service contract.I have never received any written contract or clear documentation from the company, only verbal claims. I contacted the company to cancel immediately and request a refund, but they have refused to provide written confirmation of cancellation despite multiple requests.I have proof of:The bank statement entry showing SECUREDRIVE SOLUTI and $100 ************ calls made to their listed number requesting *************** cancellation request sent directly to the company through phone calls as they do not have any email or address listed on the ********************* website. Under U.S. consumer protection law, I have the right to cancel a service contract and receive a refund, especially when the company fails to provide the agreed-upon documentation or fulfill the terms of service.I am requesting:1.Immediate cancellation of any service contract associated with my name and account.2.Full refund of the $100 charge to the original payment method.3.Written confirmation of cancellation and refund.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be proceeding with:A Regulation E dispute through my bank.Filing formal complaints with the *** and my state Attorney General.Desired Outcome:Cancel all associated accounts or contracts.Refund $100 in full to original payment method.Provide written confirmation of cancellation.The phone number on call logs for auto warranties pro is ************. Its the only contact information listed on their website.
