    I started seeing monthly charges on my card for playbook app. I could not find any evidence of myself or my wife ever signing up for this subscription (it does not show on either of our phones). Finding out how to cancel was very difficult. When I reviewed the cancellation information, none of the steps applied to me as I can find no evidence of an account. A customer service phone number was virtually impossible to find and the call was not answered nor was the message returned.I started getting $14.99 charges in March and the statement only listed this information:"PLAYBOOK TECHNOLOGIE PLAYBOOKAPP.I NY"Finally in August there was a phone number:"POS DEBIT PLAYBOOK TECHNOLOGIES ************ NY"That is how I found a cancellation web site, which none of the steps apply to me.This business is a total social media scam with no to way cancel.

    I signed up for a monthly subscription, but cancelled. I am still getting charged multiple times a month for that subscription. I was refunded for one charge, but there have been at least 6 others. After repeatedly reaching out asking for a refund of those charges, the business is now no longer responding to me.
