      My case has been closed yet again without reading the information provided thoroughly. The previous case was closed with no resolution or anyone reviewing.There is no where listed on the site that states the BBB does not handle. Please escalate to another team member if you are unable to assist. Complaint: Im having issues recovering the unused funds that were deposited to my account. There was a minimum dollar amount which I no longer have use for. There was no option to add a lower dollar value and now Im told theres no way to issue a refund. Ive reached out to a number of representatives at the organization including their ** ** **********, ****** ******** who has been extremely dismissive and unprofessional. Hes been verbally abusive both directly and indirectly via email to me. I was forwarded an email in which ****** spoke horribly about me to a third party (attached). As a customer, any information about me should be kept confidential especially false claims by ******. I wasnt aware that requesting a refund of a payment that belongs to me would result in this. Please help me in recovering my funds.

      Sorry I am just getting back to you today on this.

       

      As we discussed yesterday on the phone we have offered to refund ***** her $4.** several time s- she simply has to sign a pipe of paper for it.

       

      At this time she has used some of the money on her account and the total is less then $2 as of today.

       

      I can forward you email chains if you would like to show you all of this.

       

      If she will sign for it I will gladly give her $5 if she just leaves everyone alone and stops wasting their time.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because Im waiting on the document to sign.
