    I was referred to Computer Solution East. ********** believe it or not, so be mindful. There have been several issues with this company since I decided to contract with them on a month-to-month ** ****** *** ** license contract. Now, at that time I wanted to add the Teams and Visio programs to my business platform. An assigned representative by the name of ***************************** was able to explain all the benefits and additional options available to expand in the future. She assured me that this will work perfectly with GoDaddy's domain sites as well as the email managing program. This was far from the truth because it's now six months later and the issues have not been resolved. In the beginning, there were a lot of issues with the installation and I'm not sure what caused it. After the installation, I began noticing the loss of functions in some of the programs. For example, in Teams the keypad was turned off after speaking with ***** about adding a calling plan to make out going calls using ****** I was told that shouldn't be a problem and she will get back to me. On the next call ***** said I would have to pay $1500 to add the calling feature on to ** ****** The only way the phone system works to call out is she add a pbx in addition to using ****** This did not make any sense to me so I left it alone for the moment and moved on the other issues that were taking place. Pages of emails repeating itself in outlook. A conference meeting was setup for issues with Power Apps, and instead of troubleshooting the issue they suggested that I added an additional Power Apps package for $5 monthly. ***** said try to see if it fixes the issue and if it doesn't, she will take it off. I sent ***** an email the same day letting her know that the add-on did not fix the issue, and received no reply. This went on for weeks, and became a continuing pattern from thereon. They did something with my credit card charging the $5mth but not $61 that they want me to pay now. This is Shady.
