    On December 9th I paid for a service to receive a temporary license plate so I can retrieve my car from the police department. They gave me a fake license plate with someone elses information on and charged me $250 for it and has been charging me $250 monthly for it as well and when I report them nothing gets done. They are still charging the credit card as we speak. And also an extra $250. VERY FRAUDULENT. Especially for a 1 time purchase!

    I am writing to address the chargeback filed by ***** ******** for her dealer temporary tag order placed on December 9, 2024, at 8:45 AM EST, totaling $250. The order reference number is #*******, with payment processed via Discover card ending in ********* through Shop Pay.  



    • New York State Drivers License ************************ under the name ******** *****  
    • Certificate of Title for the vehicle with VIN: *****************  
    • Signed Authorization Form from Uniekqua Hardy, reference #***********************  

    Customer Service Interactions with ***** ********:  

    1. December 9, 2024: ***** ******** contacted our team to inquire about our services on a recorded call. After receiving a detailed explanation from our agent, she placed order #*******, which was processed and fulfilled on the same day. 

    2. December 9, 2024: ***** ******** called on a recorded line to request a copy of the issued form. During the call, she explained that she had received a traffic ticket. We clarified that we are not responsible for any traffic tickets or violations. The requested form was promptly sent to her.

    The dealer temporary tag was issued and delivered electronically on December 9, 2024, to ************************* At no point did ***** ******** report non-receipt or request a refund. Our records confirm successful order completion and compliance with all documentation requirements, including the signed authorization form.  

    Supporting Documents Provided:  

    • Signed authorization form  
    • Copy of the dealer temporary tag  
    • Screenshot of the order confirmation email sent to ***** ********  

    Additional Context:  
    Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, and weekends, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. We maintain an average phone hold time of approximately 10 minutes and a typical email response time of around 30 minutes.  
    We respectfully request a thorough investigation into this chargeback. Based on the provided evidence, all procedures were accurately followed, and the service was delivered as promised.

    Ive been buying temporary insurance from this company and DMV keeps sending me letters that they dont have the insurance information and that they did not electronically send the information to DMV and I try to contact the company US dealer and hes not responding to me. He is not answering my phone calls
