    Good morning,I wish to highlight an after-sale experience I had with Carismedic after purchasing their MEDCA hearing enhancers.This is the message I sent via your chatbot, however nobody ever responded. And when I called via phone number provided, it doesn't even state the name of your company in the welcome message, which raises a red flag to ***** this day and age, we have to be careful with whom we are buying from and since I cannot reach you in any way, I ask myself if this is a legitimate purchase I made via CC? I simply want you to back the product you sold me and assist me in having it work properly. I am chatting because i need help with the hearing enhancer model GM -912 pair that I bought.I have recharged the ear buds, but your instruction booklet is not in English, but several other languages, and the instructions are poorly translated and not user friendly. I would appreciate some ************** i am concerned about the purchase I made since I am unable to reach this company through online chat, or via telephone at ************.I sincerely hope this is a legitimate company and purchase.Thank you. *****
