      Terrible customer service. Just another one of those companies getting rich but taking money from broken machines and have there customer service give so much run around to the paying customers that they get tired and give up. I have to go to my bank in order to get a refund. How ridiculous is that? This company already charges an arm and leg for free air. Now I went to get air and Im now sitting with less air in my tire. Fix your machines or hire and service manager that knows what hes doing. This team is deffinently not getting the job done. :/

      After notifying Appliance Warehouse over a month ago that my appliances should be picked up and my account closed, they have now charged me for two months when I was not in possession of and not using their machines. I spoke to customer service on Nov 13, 2024 and they assured me my account would be closed. When speaking with Brea today by phone, she was unable to take care of my problem and referred to the "billing department." During our phone call, she refused on 4 occasions to allow me to speak to a supervisor. She then told me I need to call back in 2 days to make sure the account was closed. Very bad service, incompetent customer service agents. There is a real reason this company has such a low rating of 1.02. They don't respond to complaints and really don't care about the customer.

      The app is inaccessible to the blind. As a blind user living in the apartment complex, I have to have a sighted person help me start the app and hit the pay button when I turn voiceover off. This is frustrating. Otherwise, it works fine.

      All.of are washers and dryers been out for over a week we call and are told someone will update us and we never get a car and they never get fixed don't use this company

      This is the worst laundry services I have ever dealt with. Machines eat the quarters and the app never works and will tripple pay a machine and then no one wants to give a refund. Laundry room has been down for 72 hours. No tech in sight.

      This company will rip you off and not think twice about it. Never returned my money from inoperable laundry card. Even after numerous attempts to get refund. They must make a fortune from robbing people.

      **** poor app. Constantly getting network error message which makes using the app as it was intended impossible. I've got money loaded in my wallet and laundry to do and unable to get this app to give me access to MY money and actually wash my clothes. Scam! This is app is supposed to be offering a convenient way to do your laundry by uploading funds to your wallet and no longer having to Lug around quarters. What a joke. This company doesn't even deserve the one star rating but it was the only way to leave my review

      CSC ServiceWorks is slow to respond to service requests. We only have three washers and three dryers in my small apartment complex but one of the washers has been out of service for over a month and is currently filled with toxic water. They refuse to fix it even after numerous requests.

      This company is a total scam that has robbed us of over a $100. The app rarely works, eats up your money and there is no customer service you can readily reach when you lose money.

      I have never seen a company in my life so slow to serve its customers. If you don't have enough money, you won't use your machines. If you put a coin in and lose it, it's your problem. We've had a broken washing machine for 2 weeks and they've done nothing to fix it. Despite several complaints, they say the problem is collecting the coins, but they do nothing about it and they won't fix the equipment. Don't hire them for your building. Find another one.
