    We hired Alex to do an upstairs bathroom remodel in Fall of 2018, While he began the work in a timely manner, he struggled to finish the work. Tiles were crooked, floor uneven, shower doors had Closetmaid hooks on them to hold shower door open and several gaps. He even cut tile trim that should have been a square around an outlet instead of moving the outlet. (have pic)
    Pexs lines were not used in plumbing, so we had to replace them during kitchen remodel. When Alex was contacted by us, he replied "no because the contractor found a way to get more money out of you.' I saved the email.
    In December of 2022, we began having leaks from bathroom into our new kitchen. The plumbing company immediately noticed uneven flooring and shower uneven. They couldn't access leak without pulling shower tub. At that point of removal, mold was discovered, ruining the shower, flooring and subfloor. Alex also used a 1.5 inch drain for shower instead of 2 inch drain. Alex told us he couldn't level the floor without using floor leveler (not true as current contractors were able to do that) so when the shower was pulled, the mold had seeped into the floor leveler and a piece of wood he used to try to level the shower pan. The shower pan was like standing on a trampoline.
    We are requesting a refund, we don't have any faith in his work to correct it and I want future homeowners to know he is not quality work.
