    I ordered a temptu starter kit and would like to exchange the colors that don't work for me. I am trying to do so but it is asking me to pay additional monies. I can't get a hold of anyone via email, phone or chat. The customer service is so bad! I would like my concerns addressed.

    I purchased airbrush makeup pods for my business (Adore Beauty LLC) April 18th. The product has yet to arrive. I am having trouble with communication as there is no answer when I call and the email response takes a long time and is incomplete or not at all helpful. I am now attempting to file a claim with the post office. The tracking number says the product was delivered on April 24th. However, I have not received any package from Temptu. I have asked all of my neighbors and it is nowhere to be found. I feel Temptu should replace the items and reimburse me at this point. I have weddings coming up and need product to fulfill my professional obligations. They have not been helpful in assisting me despite my numerous emails requesting information to move forward. I am beyond frustrated.

    Customer reached out to us on 4/27/2023, 4/29/2023 and 5/1/2023.  A customer service representative responded on 5/2/2023.  Please note a response can take up to 48 hrs.  Please note the disclosure on the website- We will do our best to respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays). 

    On 5/2/2023 we notified the customer that the package was deliver and provided a tracking number.  Please note the Shipping address had a suite number to deliver to.  On 5/2/2023, Temptu customer service provided a link to file a claim with the ****.  Once the customer receives a case #, ********************** would resend a replacement order free of charge, this is Temptu's policy..  After numerous attempts and not hearing from the customer, on 5/10 the customer responded and stated her frustration with the process.  **************** reached out several times to the customer with out any response, until this complaint with the BBB.

    Please note, we have sent out a replacement order.  Customer should receive by Wednesday, 5/24.  .  

    We have also emailed the customer to let them know a replacement order has been shipped.
