    On November, i signed a contract for snow removal for *** ****** *** ************ ** ***** for snow plow service from 11/1/24 to 3/31/25.
I gave Bob P**** $425.00 cash and was given a receipt that indicates that he was paid.
On 11/29 through 11/30, we received 24" of snow and my driveway had not been cleared. I was told that when 3" of snow fell, the driveway would get plowed. I was also told to call 24/7 to get the driveway cleaned.
I made the first call at 4:30 am on 11/30 to get the driveway cleared which went to voicemail. I had made several calls throughout the day without any response. His voicemail inbox became full and would not take any additional messages.
Several of my immediate neighbors also contracted with Bob P**** and they also did not get their driveways plowed.
I have sent several texts and made several phone calls without any response.
I have had to contract another service to clear my driveway as Bob P**** has never been to my house to clear snow.
I am looking for a refund and can file a report with the police if needed.
I look forward to your response.
