    June 24, 2025, while I was at a medical appointment, I received a notification that my package (Order #*******************) *** tracking ******************* cost $3.70, was being held for pickup. At no point did I request a pickup, and I expect my items to be delivered to my door. I am unable to retrieve items from pickup points. This action created a barrier to access that impacts my wellbeing.A sticky note was left on the outside of my building, not at my door, and this is part of a recurring pattern with this driver. I called the number provided by Amazon ***************) and I was told they'll redeliver the package.June 25, I received a delivery notification stating on my phone that this same package had been delivered. However, it was not at my door. The proof-of-delivery photo for the missing package showed a location that clearly was not my residence. This photo wasn't put on ****** but the *** described a grayish or whitish backing. My door is brown door with a gold 5 and I've requested through ****** all photos show this detail.On the morning of June 26, while on the phone calling for that issue to be resolved, I received another alert that a second item, order #***-***************, tracking number *** Tracking ID: ******************, (an ice maker cost $63.68) was being held for pickup, again with no delivery attempt and this time no notice left.I called ************** at approximately 12:30 PM on June 26 to ***ort the issue. I was on a conference call with an ****** ***resentative named ***, and we spoke to a *** ***resentative named ********, who assured me that the local *** facility would contact me by 1:45 PM. That call never happened. I followed up with *** a few more times from June 26- June 27, was told I would be contacted and my item would be redelivered. It took almost 7-15 minutes get to a human.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding The *** Store has been resolved. The redelivered items. I spoke about the issue of bad deliveries not sure if that will be looked into or handled because I had another issue with them dumping off an expensive item with **** but the **** seller has to make the complaint.
