    This organization has been disappointing in several areas, and we have concerns about their billing practices. We ended services for multiple reasons, primarily due to the ABA therapist’s consistent tardiness and, at times, failure to show up. When she did arrive, her techniques were ineffective. If our son struggled with a task, her approach of threatening to leave was not productive. She seemed unfamiliar with his treatment plan, and we had to contact her supervisor multiple times to address concerns and redirect her approach.
    Despite discontinuing services, we were informed that they are still attempting to file insurance claims for payment, citing “service termination” or a “15-minute review of his file,” which we never agreed to in the contract. We disputed these charges, but additional claims have continued to surface. We are frustrated, as the services provided did not meet our expectations, and we feel that this situation is more aggravating than helpful for our son. I even have proof and emails from the actual agency that my son received ABA services from stating that my son's account has already been paid and "marked in full." Now I am receiving more letters to pay for services that 1) was not received and 2) that were already paid.
