    Review Title: Misleading Product & Unacceptable Customer Service Rating: ????? (1 out of 5)I ordered the StorageBud 20-Inch Hardside Carry-On Expandable Luggage with Digital Luggage Scale through ******** sold by Cozy Array. What was advertised as a full luggage set turned out to be entirely misleadingI only received the digital luggage scale, not the actual luggage I paid for.After contacting ******* and being redirected to Cozy Array, I reached out to their customer service expecting a prompt and professional resolution. Instead, I received no replacement and no meaningful effort to fix the issue. Weeks passed with no luggage, no refund, and no real accountability. I was left completely empty-handedaside from a luggage scale, which is obviously useless on its own.When I asked how they expected me to pack for a weeklong trip with nothing but a digital scale, I received no adequate explanation or follow-up. The level of customer service was dismissive and completely unacceptable.Cozy Array misrepresented the product and failed to provide any reasonable solution. I strongly caution other consumers from purchasing from this seller, especially through third-party platforms. I am now pursuing further action to recover my funds.
