      This company has horrible customer service ! You call and get put on hold for several minutes, then repeatedly get disconnected or hung up on while still on hold. I made an appointment to have an oxygen concentrator picked up, 5 days in advance. I was told that I had to be home to sign a form. I waited all day & no one showed. Called and was told they would call me back after checking with the driver. They never called me back. I waited another day. No show again. Finally got someone to answer the phone & was told they would make another appointment. I said no, come get it from my porch today or I will put it out to the curb !

      If I could give minus star ratings I would! I have had nothing but problems since starting with Rochester Oxygen in January 2024. They were auto-debiting my FSA card for the CPAP machine rental but when my FSA requested an invoice verifying what the charges were for, the amount was different than what they charged me. This resulted in my FSA card being blocked from purchases until Rochester Oxygen could supply me with the corrected bill. (They tried to tell me that the difference had to do with the insurance having not paid yet but that didn't make any sense since this was the portion of the bill I was responsible for.) After that was straightened out, I had them remove my FSA card from auto-debiting and asked them to send me bills instead. Every month I get four bills each one with a different amount and after working with my insurance carrier who helped me to reconcile my account, they never showed any of the credits for what I had been paying and they also did not give me the credit for the supplies they randomly sent to me that I returned. This company does not give me confidence that I am being billed correctly and I am returning their equipment because I don't have the time to constantly call and email to get THEIR billing straightened out!

      Doctor called in prescription for oxygen.after 2 weeks of waiting I finally called.turns out it was the last day I could get it before prescription ran out.at least that's what they told me.so I got my oxygen.now billing is a whole different story.they harass you by phone to order cpap supplies.one time I had five messages,one everyday until I finally answered. Then they push you to order as much as possible, getting rude if you dont.why are there charges every month for supplies when I'm only ordering every three months and the amount keeps going up.no invoice except an amount owed.no idea what I'm paying for.told me I had to do autopay.i don't feel anyone should have access to my checking account but me.do not like this new company at all.rochester oxygen was bought out about a year ago.

      No cpap wipes on Jefferson rd. Told us to go to Greece, they have them, went there No! They did not! Everyone is out of them!! Tried to call Brockport. O phone over ten minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Frustrated!!
