    Mike and his crew came and did a full tear off roof January 2021. The crew were professional and polite and cleaned up after themselves. My concern here, is during the tear off roof and relaying down the underlayment and shingles. The nails went through the plywood and cracked it in a few areas. One area specifically was very bad, in which, the heavy rainstorm on November 11th, 2022, cause a wet spot and cracking in our 2-year old's bedroom ceiling. My husband went into the attic to check it out and that's when he found the cracked plywood. The insulation below that was soaked (spray in insulation). We had sent photos over to Mike to see what the next steps were. If the roof leaked that much from the storm, it has clearly been leaking since the roof has been done (almost 2 years). He claims the cracked plywood is from an animal getting up there. We live in a raised ranch and the spot that is cracked is elevated and not close to the rafters. He continues to schedule days and times to come out. In which, my husband cleans out the closet and sets up our ladder for him every time and he never shows up. We have on record through text messaging 4 or 5 times that he states he's going to come and hasn't. We continuously message him and 98% of the time never responds. We had to get in contact with another contractor to get our sons ceiling fixed and new insulation, which is costing us an extra $700, when this could have been settled through insurance in the first place and taken care of.

    We fixed the roof a day of two after she called about it without being liable.  When nails are put into the roof, they go through to the other side, that's what they do.  Nothing was wrong with this but it bleed through.  The business in which she contracted ripped her off on a drywall job.  We are not responsible for this drywall job.

    I'm clearly not satisfied that he doesn't feel that he should be responsible for the damage.  We have tried to get him to come take a look at the issue for almost 3 months.  But when I finally get someone else to come do it, is when he decides he's going to show up. There was a TON of black mold from the water damage in the insulation which impacted my sons health.  Mike decided to show up and first of all talks to my mother and myself like ****. But that's whatever. He came in and asked where the problem was in the ceiling, after showing him where the wet spot/cracks were, Mike said "****" out loud. Because he knows this was due to a roof leak but won't take responsibility for it.

    Hire pacifico to do a siding job. Started march 16 2022, finanilly finished may 5 2022. Along the way excuses lack of communication and shoddy workmanship. Many things are still John t right. Would not ever consider pacifico again.

    Consumer clarification taken by phone:  The siding on the garage is crooked and needs to be corrected.  The calking is very sloppy.  It should all be removed and be replaced.  An electric cover was not installed properly.  I would have thought that Mike would have come to check on the finished job but he never did.

    Response taken by phone:  I did go back to the job and at the time there were no issues mentioned.  He took it about upon himself to deduct $800 off of the bill.  This more than covers the items he has mentioned.  We bent over backwards for this customer and we are not going back to do more work.
