    Order a wheel from them, $190 a popular item for theft. They shipped with no signature required with is completely careless and incompetent, and they are working with *** to scam buyers by saying they delivered it but the driver never delivered it and are likely working with wheelership for financing gain. Their response was completely unprofessional, then when I went to leave a ****** review I saw their own responses to customers that showed a clear sense of false entitlement to others money without providing what they advertise. If this place put in as much effort to ship correctly, as they do endlessly defending themselves against things they alone are responsible for they would not have so many bad ****** reviews.

    I purchased the rim from Wheelership in January of 2025. It arrived at the dealership for installation on January 8th 2025. On February 23rd of 2025 the wheel that I purchased started to lose air. I went to have it checked out and found out that the rim was cracked. The tire shop that I had install the rim but a brand new tire on the rim and I didn't have any major road incidents, but Wheelership put the blame back on me a a customer and said that they would not issue a refund. I even offered to ship the wheel back to them at my own expense but they declined. I believe that they sold me a faulty product and now I am out of 800+ dollars for a rim that I can't use. I have reached out across several platforms and made many attempts to resolve this situation but they don't seem to have a customer satisfaction mindset. All I want is to not feel like I've thrown my money in the trash can.

    I recently ordered rims for my car they sent me the wrong rims so I returned them. After my return the refunded me for 1 rim and not the second. I called and asked why and they sent me a picture of a valve stem installed in the rim. This rim takes valve stems with wheel sensors built in not regular valve stems and never did I install one in it. After trying to get me refund and being denied I requested to have my rim shipped back to me which I offered to pay for and was told I would recieve a call back when the rim was shipped. I then waited never recieved a call or my rim called was declined to talk to a manager. Said they would call me. Weeks go by no call so I call back and ask for a manager. I still cant get a manager on the phone but they state theyre looking for my rim to send back to me. The next day I get a call stating they sold my rim for scrap and I am out my product and my money. I paid 150 dollars for a rim that they turned around and sold to someone else and profited ******************************************************************* my money back. This company took my money then resold my product so they could profit twice off a product I never recieved

    I ordered a set of rims for my ******** benz and never received them. I called the business customer care ***** and filed a claim with **** as they are notorious for "losing" packages and still process the orders as delivered, I asked the business either to refund me or send me out another order. They did neither, Wheelership called *** and canceled my claim for the package not received and advised that they would send another order. I received nothing, after attempting a chargeback from my bank, they retorted with the same tracking information that I already was previed to by **** so the point in sending that was moot. They went a step further in the larceny, as this is what this is. to state in writing that I am a liar and I am attempting to fraud my bank. I emailed the company and requested the name and address of their legal department so that I can initiate a civil suit to obtain the $440.00 that was spent and the merchandise was not received, nor was a replacement or a resolution provided to retain customer service.
