    My car broke down on12/20/2024 had a flat and someone came out to try to get lug nuts off and one broke off had it towed to CJs Automotive so he could drill out the stud and he had to order a new stud My car is. ****** ********* he had my car for week had to buy two tires so it cost me around 400.to 500.to fix In Feb I needed to have a inspection they tried taking the tire off with the usual air gun and the and another lug nut broke off so I knew that CJs are the ones who torx it to tight so I took it back to them and talked to the owner and his first question was (How come it’s so rusted) My response was you put back on the car in December and we walked outside and he kept saying I can’t figure out how it happened and he asking me what tire it off and I said driver side front and he saying (I just don’t understand what happen) and he started to walk back to the rear tires and I said you didn’t do anything to back tires you only did the front tires and again he said (I just don’t don’t understand how it happened) and we walked back in the shop and he went back in the garage and I sat and waited because he secretary was helping another customer Finally she was done and she said can you come in next Tuesday at 9:00 am I said yes that should be enough time to order another lug nut and she yes that should be enough time and I left went back the following Tuesday started hand them my keys and there response was We tried to call you and they said it kept going to I believe voice mail and there was nothing on my phone showing where they called and they actually had another car in the garage working on it and there is I believe only one lift and owner was there and he was talking to the customer with the car in the garage and he looked at me and yeah we don’t have any lug nuts here at the shop that fits your car which made me mad because he knew it had to be ordered and I have not heard from him again can’t drive my I’m disabled and need my car
