    On June 20, 2025, I contracted Freeport ************ and spoke to ****, owner of the business, to come to my home to remove two tree stumps for the price of $400.00. They arrived on June 24 with their machinery but partially removed both tree stumps. I didnt realized that they didnt go deep enough to remove both tree stumps. The job was incomplete. I did paid them $400.00 cash. Soon after I realized the job was not completed since I wanted to plant a shrub in the same spot. I called ****, owner on June 28 to informed her that the job was not complete. **** told me to send a picture of the site and that she will get back to me. She text me and this was her response Ok yo le voy a mostrar a Ren para q valla a arreglarlo . She made an arrangement for **** to come that following Monday. It turn out to be no show. I waited most of the day and finally I called them back. Promised again the next day. I called them several times that week of June 30 but they continue to hesitate on coming because their machine broke down and they were backed up with work. ****, the owner did say the work will be done before the 4th of July. Im still waiting. They havent called or shown up to complete the job that I paid them $400,00.
