    If you have a house fire (and I hope you don't) stay far away from Maguire and Maguire, **** They are private insurance adjustors that work for you, with the insurance company to get the most out of your policy. I do highly recommend that you hire a private adjustor just not Maguire and Maguire. Especially Ray Maguire. He talks out of both sides of his mouth and it's all lies. I have been out of my house for 17 months now and it's because of *** not doing his job. He held up the rebuild by pushing off my case. He kept saying to me that I didn't have a large enough insurance policy. So he let me fall to the waste side because he couldn't make enough money off of me. He is condescending towards women. He spoke to me as if I were an idiot but spoke to my contractor with respect. He kept calling me "dear" which I find so condescending to women. He always has an excuse for why he didn't do something he promised me he would. The regular excuses are: I'm away on vacation, I'm away on business, I'm sick or I'm in the hospital. My insurance pay off was approved in August 2022. I'm only getting the money now....17 months later. Having a house fire and losing everything you own is so traumatic and the rebuild is so overwhelming and he was NO help. The day of the fire Ray Maguire told me that if I hired him I would have no worries. He would handle all the problems. The truth is, he was my biggest problem. Never answering my phone calls or texts. I would ask my contractor to call *** and he would ask him my questions and come back to me with answers.Please trust me Maguire and Maguire are not the people to hire if you need help with a house fire.
